I'm back ... with news on: the 10 worst toxins in supplements, Sedgwick, Maine declares food sovereignty, Let them eat chocolate, Addictive junk food, GM Fish, 10,000 drones by 2020.

In case you wondered why I didn't update last week, I had a pretty busy week last week.  We travelled all the way from Iowa to Utah for my brother's wedding this past saturday.  It was fun!  Just got home tonight actually.  So tired!  But here's the long awaited update.  :-)

From: The Health Ranger @ Natural News.com

Now, I don't personally like seafood, but for those who do.... GM salmon rejected by Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Aldi and other food retailers.

Ummm... can any one else see why this might be a bad thing?  Aside from no more nude sunbathing that is...Oh darn!  ;-)

Healthy cooking methods, More benefits of coconut oil, Useful Bee venom.

Here's some great tips and updates for you... :-)

From The Health Ranger...

And I would also add this tip, stay away from teflon pans.  Once they get scratched, you're putting that teflon covering into every food that you cook for your family and I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound too good.  I'm sure that you could find plenty of evidence of that if you looked.

I'm personally working on incorporating coconut oil into my family's diet as much as possible... so far, I've only gotten as far as making toothpaste with it, but thanks to countless hours browsing Pinterest, I've got lots of ideas.  :-)

And check out this article from US News...

Pretty interesting how things that we always thought would kill us might actually save us.
