New global taxes .... & gardening ideas for next year!

This isn't good people.....

As the UN opens its General Assembly session, it is already thinking up new global taxes.

then there's this headline....

Kind of a "form your own opinion" kind of thing. 

On a more positive note....

I kind of like this idea since I have very limited space in which to garden.  :-)
