Definitely a useful youtube channel to check out, but you might want to have a notebook handy to take some notes. I think you can probably get a lot of this from either Walmart or your local dollar store. I'd recommend staying away from any insect repellant with Deet in it though. Avon has a pretty great alternative and it even comes (or it used to anyway) in towelette form too. :-)
